A kind of work we do not cover

Edition 1 covers 23 kinds of work, and it is not exhaustive. If yours is missing, tell us at contact@shiftindex.org with the job title you would search for. We keep the list, and the next edition is built from what people actually ask for rather than from what we assume. See the kinds of work we measure.

Support and refunds

Purchases are made from Paddle, the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Payment, receipts, cancellations and refund processing are handled by Paddle. The route, the deadlines and what you are entitled to are set out in Support, Delivery & Refunds.

A formal complaint

If something has gone wrong and you want it handled formally rather than by email, there is a documented route, including out-of-court dispute resolution: Complaints & RAL.
