Complaints & dispute resolution

1. Contact and scope

If you have a question or complaint, contact academy@josecovas.com. Contacting us first is optional and does not restrict your right to use a formal complaints or dispute-resolution process.

Complaints about the content, delivery, licence or support of the report may be addressed to José Covas Education Academy, Lda and, where applicable, submitted to the alternative dispute-resolution entity to which the Academy has adhered. Matters concerning payment, tax, the receipt, cancellation of the transaction or refund processing should be addressed to Paddle buyer support, via the links on the Paddle receipt or Paddle's support platform, since Paddle is the Merchant of Record for the transaction. The Academy's Electronic Complaints Book remains available for complaints relating to the activity and services provided by the Academy.

2. Electronic Complaints Book

Consumers may submit a complaint through the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
