It is a one-off. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again. What it does not include is later editions: you keep the edition you bought, for good — you lose nothing, and you receive nothing further.
The annual pass

A gap smaller than 0.05 either way in the ratio is inside the materiality band we set in advance, below which we do not call it a movement, and we say so rather than dress it up.

It renews once a year, automatically. We email you 14 days before each renewal, and you can cancel at any time through Paddle — cancelling stops the next renewal and your access runs to the end of the year you have paid for. If you stop, you keep everything you already received; you simply stop receiving new refreshes.

The rest of the price list, in full

A further kind of work €9 each on top of a document. Up to eight in total.
Moving up from a document to the pass €30 the difference, and only the difference — within 30 days of buying the document. After that, the pass costs €49.

Countries do not cost extra, and that is deliberate: a new kind of work means new collection, a further country of the same work does not. Kinds of work are paid for; countries are not.

How you get in

There are no passwords. You give an email address, we send you a link, and the link signs you in. Everything you have bought lives in one private area: the kinds of work you follow, the pages, the PDFs, and — if you hold the pass — the date of the next quarterly update.

That area holds no card details, no invoices and no payment data. Those are Paddle's, as Merchant of Record. You can export everything we hold about you, or delete the account, from inside it.

Purchase processed by Paddle

You have 14 days to change your mind. A refund can be requested within 14 days of purchase, through Paddle, and any mandatory right you have under the law is unaffected. The route and the deadlines are set out in Support, Delivery & Refunds.

Paddle is the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for this transaction. Payment, taxes, the transaction receipt, cancellations and refund processing are handled by Paddle under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. José Covas Education Academy, Lda produces, delivers and supports the product under the SHIFT Product, Licence and Support Terms.
